  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We cannot accept personal checks, cash, or COD.

  • Can I purchase a gift certificate?
    • We have gift certificates available to send electronically via email address. 

  • How can I find out about your newest arrivals and latest promotions?

  • Do you charge sales tax on my order?
    • Precious Feet Boutique is required to collect 6% sales tax for orders shipped to residents of the state of Georgia. No sales tax will be collected for orders placed/shipped outside of the state of Georgia. 

  • How much does shipping cost?

    • We typically process your orders for items available in stock within 24-48 Hrs. Shipment transit time for domestic orders is typically 2-7 days depending on where you live.

  • How will I know my order has shipped?
    • You will receive an email notification from us letting you know your order is on the way as well as tracking information.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Regrettably, Precious Feet Boutique is unable to ship internationally at this time.

  • Is the product you want out of stock or temporarily unavailable?
    • Please email or call us and we will work with the manufacturer to get it for you and let you know exactly when you can expect to receive it. However, each manufacturer has different requirements for which we are obliged to follow so we cannot guarantee every brand or style available for this request.
