Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that there are times you may need to return and/or exchange items purchased for a different color, size or style. We strive to have a simple, easy-to-use and understand return & exchange policy without hassle.

  • Returned and Exchanged products need to be in NEW and UNWORN condition and returned with all the original packaging.  Items that appear scuffed, used, damaged or missing packaging are subject to a restocking fee of  30%. Please email us before you ship the product(s) if you have a concern regarding the packaging or product. 
  • You, the buyer, are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.  Precious Feet Boutique is not responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
  • Refunds can be issued within 30 days from date of purchase for full amount of original purchase, less the cost of shipping, in the original form of payment.
  • BOGO (Buy One, Get One 50% Off) Returns-- If purchased two items during BOGO promotion, customer will be returned the sale price of the second item.
  • Returns and exchanges after 30 days will be issued a store credit for NEW and UNWORN products only.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days from the date of purchase.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted on items purchased from Clearance Section. All sales are final!!!

If you need to return/exchange something, please email us for Return Authorization Number. Once you receive a RMA number from us, please prominently display this RMA on the outside of the package.

Please PRINT this Return/Exchange form and include it in your package when returning item(s) for refund or store credit.

We highly recommend that you purchase insurance and/or a tracking number when returning your items. Precious Feet Boutique is not responsible for packages sent to us that are lost or damaged.

Please Note:  Items must be in their original condition to receive a refund or exchange.

Your account will be credited upon once we receive the item(s) and you will be notified via the email address we have on file for your order when your refund or store credit has been issued.  Please make sure we have a valid email address for you when returning your items.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Items marked in the CLEARANCE category are discounted to their lowest point and thereforeCANNOT be RETURNED/EXCHANGED. All CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL!!!

Shipping

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. However, occasionally it could take up to 2-3 business days. We try to keep our inventory current and up to date. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order or if your item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email. We ship with USPS, Fed Ex, and/or UPS and at the discretion of Precious Feet Boutique shipping department.

Sales Tax

Precious Feet Boutique is required to collect 6% sales tax for orders shipped to residents of the state of Georgia. No sales tax will be collected for orders placed/shipped outside of the state of Georgia.
